The PFNCA does not hold in-person classes on Federal Holidays.

PFNCA Inclement Weather Policy for In-Person Classes
PFNCA programs follow the closure schedule for public schools in the jurisdiction where the program takes place regarding inclement weather. For example, if the program is held in Fairfax County, Virginia and Fairfax County schools are cancelled for inclement weather, then the PFNCA program is cancelled for inclement weather. School Delays: Please note that if the school system is on a two hour delay and the PFNCA program starts at or after 10:30 a.m., the program will be held. Any class that starts before that time will not be held. School Early Closing: If the school system closes early, no PFNCA classes will be held for the remainder of that day.
