PFNCA Online Wellness Classes for Parkinson’s- Over Zoom

 Each week more than 30 classes will be provided that focus on exercise (various formats including boxing and dance) and speech (vocal cord strengthening).  Classes are provided seven days a week.  There is no cost to attend the classes but annual registration for PFNCA Wellness Programs is required.  There is a nominal annual administrative fee for this registration that can be waived for financial hardship.
