Clicking on the link we have provided you will give you access to the class. You may be asked to answer a couple of questions to register to gain access. Once you do so if it does not start, you could try closing your browser and restarting it. The link to the video works best if you are using an up to date browser like Google’s Chrome or Apple’s Safari. It does not work well using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. You could also try restarting your computer or device, before clicking on the link. Once you are on, you must actually start the video by clicking the button on the bottom left of your screen. There is also a volume button to the left of the video button. (The instructor will mute the participants during the class and will inform you before it is done and let you know when it is back on).
If there is any kind of intermittent sound, freezing or other picture issues in the beginning or during the class, this is likely a buffering issue with your internet. Try restarting browser or device and rejoin.
