Dan Snyder is a native of the Washington, DC area. He attended college at the Berklee School of Music, in Boston, MA and studied music. In his early career, he worked in real estate. He was a real estate broker, property manager, sold investment properties and developed properties. He also specialized in providing rental housing directly to Boston University.
Since 1984, Dan has owned Acme Novelties, a promotional products company, servicing companies such as IBM, Humane Society, National Federation for the Blind, and American Service Center. Dan is active with the American Technion Society with his wife, and works in fundraising, and hosting events with professors and international students.
Dan was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2013. Dan greatly appreciates what PFNCA accomplishes, the support systems, and the relationships he has developed from attending the programs.
Dan and his wife Janet live in Bethesda, Maryland and have three grown children.
