Monique Yingling is a partner at KMA Zucket LLC who focuses her practice in the areas of taxation and nonprofit organizations. She joined the Firm in 1983 as an associate and in 1985 became a partner (now member). Before joining the Firm, Ms. Yingling was a Trial Attorney with the Tax Division of the Department of Justice, Washington, DC from 1978-1983. She received a law degree from the University of Tennessee, where she was an assistant editor of the Tennessee Law Review. Monique also received an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Monique supports PFNCA in memory of husband Jerry Feffer who battled Parkinson’s and previously served on the PFNCA Board of Directors.
