Mark Colturi is a seasoned senior executive with a proven track record in enterprise program management, information technology, application development, and strategic planning. With more than four decades of experience—including over 25 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading management and technology consulting firm—he has held key leadership roles in both federal government and commercial initiatives. At Booz Allen, he was instrumental in securing and delivering numerous strategic engagements and played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s information systems business. Most recently, Colturi served as Chief Operating Officer for a mid-sized company supporting several government agencies.
Colturi has overseen end-to-end application development and implementation, leading teams that delivered web-based enterprise solutions—from financial management and knowledge-sharing platforms to case management, survey data collection, and inventory-tracking systems. He’s managed projects across the full systems-engineering lifecycle for federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, National Institutes of Health, and Department of Labor. His commercial engagements span major telecom providers as well as global firms like ING Group, BP Amoco, and Telecom Italia. He has also worked with non-profit organizations helping them leverage the use of technology to improve back-office operations, provide comprehensive member management, and service e-philanthropy applications.
Mark Colturi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mark and his wife, Marie, live in northern Virginia.
