The PFNCA Symposium is an educational conference put on by the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area’s Medical Advisory Board. This year, Symposium registerees will gain access to the live virtual kick-off event on June 28th, access to on demand educational lectures by over 20 doctors available until October 20th and invites to local pop-up events for up to two people.
We recently caught up with PFNCA Symposium Chair Dr. Stephen Grill to get his take on this year’s program.
PFNCA: What do you like best about the PFNCA Symposium?
Dr. Grill: I like two things the most: the large variety of presentations and the coming together of the group for the live component.
PFNCA: How do you feel about it being online versus in-person?
Dr. Grill: I like it online because it is so much easier for everyone and people can be in the comfort of their homes.

PFNCA: Are there any presentations you are especially looking forward to?
Dr. Grill: I am looking forward to Dr. Justin Martello’s presentation (“Translating What Is In The News to Living with Parkinson’s Today”) about how to decipher the news!
