Alexis Tsonos is Vice President of Marketing, Investment Properties at Fairfax, Virginia-based Van Metre Companies. Alexis joined Van Metre Companies in 2006 and oversees the sales, marketing, training, and corporate housing programs for the Investment Properties portfolio, which includes residential apartment communities and commercial properties in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, North Carolina, and Florida. In her role, Alexis is responsible for developing, promoting, and maintaining marketing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the brand message of Van Metre. Alexis is a member of the Property Management Association, where she is currently the Vice Chair of the Marketing Council and a member of the ApartmentList DC Advisory Council. She also serves as an Ambassador for Yardi, an investment and property management software.
