Michelle N. Goldberg joined the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA) in July of 2018. She has over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining PFNCA, she served as Director of Outreach and Family Programming at the Jewish Federation of Howard County. Prior to joining JFHC, Ms. Goldberg served as a clinical social worker for 20 years. She managed a team of social workers, at Jewish Community Services in Baltimore, who worked with clients with varying degrees of special needs. During her tenure with JCS, she supervised the Intake Office where she triaged and assessed emergency walk-in and crisis situations, created and ran adolescent support groups for immigrant teens and supervised graduate (MSW candidate) interns. Ms. Goldberg earned an MSW from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City and her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, College Park. She has an LCSW-C from the State of Maryland. Ms. Goldberg and her husband reside in Howard County, MD and are parents to an adult son.
